Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations
- Develop strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- Manage P&L, staffing, and sales forecasting
- Foster a culture of food safety
- Lead and develop restaurant teams
- Train and validate employees on operational procedures
- Support guest experience with a team-oriented approach
