Candidates will be expected to bring at least five years of dedicated field engineering experience in concrete construction, possess strong technical skills in reading and interpreting CAD drawings, and have excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset. Preferred qualifications include OSHA 30 certification, CPR certification, and bilingual skills, all of which can enhance the candidate's ability to thrive in this role.
