Job Description

Artisan Design Group (ADG), a Lowe's company, is a nationally recognized leader in providing interior finishings solutions tailored to the needs of homebuilders and property management clients across the United States. Since its founding in 2016, ADG has demonstrated consistent growth by bringing together respected regional operators under one unified brand. In 2025, ADG gained the advantage of joining the Lowe's family, one of the most reputable and trusted names in home improvement. This acquisition has enhanced ADG’s capabilities by providing access to larger resources, greater scale, and an expanded portfolio of interior products. The company specializes in delivering end-to-end solutions for design, procurement, and installation services related to flooring, cabinets, countertops, and many other interior products. ADG remains deeply committed to craftsmanship, exceptional service, and leveraging local expertise to become a valued partner for homebuilders and clients nationwide.

The Field Inspector role at ADG is a key position responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards on job sites, ensuring that all installation work aligns with company guidelines and client expectations. This role involves comprehensive inspections before and after installations, verifying that all workmanship meets stringent quality requirements. The Field Inspector works closely with builders, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing detailed reporting and facilitating communication to resolve issues promptly. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills are essential, as the inspector’s evaluations directly impact project timelines and customer satisfaction levels. Success in this role hinges on conducting thorough inspections, identifying any deficiencies, and ensuring that necessary corrections are implemented swiftly to maintain the integrity and reputation of ADG’s services. The position demands a blend of construction knowledge, hands-on site experience, and effective communication abilities, all within a fast-paced, safety-conscious work environment. ADG values team members who share a passion for quality workmanship and are committed to promoting a culture of safety and efficiency through their daily activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction or inspection experience seeking to contribute to a dynamic and growing company backed by a nationally recognized brand.
