The Field Growth & Customer Experience Marketing Specialist role is an exciting and dynamic opportunity within Aramark's Refreshments segment, which is one of the company's fastest growing areas. Reporting directly to regional marketing leadership and supporting the District Manager, this position is responsible for delivering the marketing objectives and programs that drive profitable growth in assigned markets. The role involves diverse responsibilities including managing product activations, local store marketing initiatives, regional marketing programs, client activations, and product management and analysis. The role supports both new business and existing base business clients, acting as a critical link between Aramark's marketing team and field operations.

With a salary range from $55,000 to $67,000 annually, this salaried position offers a competitive compensation package paired with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, work/life resources, retirement savings plans like 401(k), parental leave, and disability coverage, subject to eligibility and location. In this role, the specialist will assist in executing programming in Office Coffee Services, Vending, Amenity Snack & Go, and Micromarket accounts to ensure program merchandising and planograms are properly implemented across client sites. Additionally, the specialist will implement national marketing initiatives while tailoring and executing promotional calendars at a local level. A key aspect will involve deploying new product innovation opportunities with field teams and assisting in overseeing internal national and local sales initiatives.

The specialist will also be responsible for developing social content that highlights regional activities, product innovations, and employee spotlights to enhance the company’s communication strategy through social media. Engaging in the development and evaluation of local marketing strategies is essential to ensuring relevance and effectiveness. Presenting marketing initiatives during client meetings and reporting on results demonstrates the consultative aspect of the role.

Partnering closely with the District Manager, the specialist will support sales and profitability, analyze market trends, monitor business developments, and ensure alignment between marketing activities and business objectives. Overall, this role demands strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a complex matrixed organization. Travel up to 30% may be required to support client sites and field operations.

This role is ideal for proactive professionals with a minimum of two years of client marketing experience, proficient in Microsoft Office and with preferred Adobe Creative Suite skills, who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about driving growth and customer satisfaction within the food and beverage services sector.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist with the field execution of programming in Office Coffee Services, Vending, Amenity Snack & Go, and Micromarket accounts to ensure program merchandising and proper planograms are implemented at all client sites
  • Implement national marketing initiatives while developing and executing local promotional calendars at client sites
  • Deploy new product innovation opportunities with field teams to execute at new and existing client sites
  • Assist in the oversight and implementation for all internal national and local sales generating initiatives
  • Develop social content that promotes regional activities, experiences, innovations, new openings as well as spotlights employees to support the social media team’s overall marketing communication strategy
  • Participate in identifying, developing, and evaluating local marketing strategy
  • Present marketing initiatives and innovations during client meetings as well as report outs of prior initiatives
  • Partner with District Manager to ensure the sales and profitability of product lines or services, analyze business developments and monitor market trends
