We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Event Manager to join our team. This role focuses on traveling and executing promotional events across the country, ensuring every detail from setup to completion runs flawlessly. Reporting directly to the Field Operations Director, the Field Manager acts as the primary field specialist responsible for delivering the brand message with maximum effectiveness and achieving all campaign objectives. The ideal candidate is comfortable driving large vehicles such as box trucks or panel vans, managing event logistics, and handling physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and setting up event assets.

The Field Event Manager will lead the use of event resources including equipment, labor, and materials to optimize the overall event experience. This includes maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the setup, ensuring entertainment elements like sound and visuals are impactful, and interacting effectively with consumers to drive engagement. The position demands a confident, proactive leader who can oversee flawless on-site event management, coordinate with clients and vendors, and provide comprehensive event documentation through detailed reporting and photography.

Competitive wages from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour reflect the importance of this role in our operations.
