We are seeking a dynamic Field Event Manager to join our dedicated team. This role is vital to the flawless execution and quality assurance of promotional events across the country. Reporting to the Field Operations Director, the Field Event Manager will serve as the primary field specialist, responsible for overseeing event operations, managing resources, and ensuring every event resonates with its target audience. The role involves considerable travel and requires comfort with driving large vehicles such as box trucks or panel vans, loading and unloading event assets, and setting up promotional materials efficiently and attractively. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading teams on-site, motivating staff, and guaranteeing event safety and seamless coordination among vendors. This hands-on position demands a keen eye for detail to optimize the aesthetic appeal and entertainment value of events, while also capturing the experience through comprehensive reporting and photography.

Successful candidates must be versatile, proactive, and excellent communicators who can handle the logistical challenges of mobile marketing campaigns. The Field Event Manager acts as the main on-site point of contact for clients and brand representatives, ensuring the brand experience is delivered to the highest standards.
