- Meet with customers to estimate cost of jobs and services
- Follow up with prospective customers by phone or email
- Prepare accurate reports in regards to mileage, customer estimate sheets, and customer follow-up
- Inventory and order estimating supplies
- Seek to continuously develop as a sales professional
- Inspect job sites to ensure cleaning standards, scope, and specifications are being met consistently
- Catch issues early and drive corrective action
- Use quality control findings to refine future estimates, adjust scopes, and improve training or processes
