Sartorius is dedicated to improving health and quality of life worldwide, fostering sustainable growth and a culture of openness, enjoyment, and mutual support among its diverse workforce.

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Field Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team, specifically covering the geographic areas of New York and Connecticut. This role is critical in driving sales performance and cultivating strong relationships with mid-size and large accounts within the defined territory. The Field Account Manager will play a vital role in the implementation of Sartorius's organizational strategy by promoting a comprehensive product range, identifying new business opportunities, and actively managing customer interactions through the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging the Salesforce platform to manage sales activities and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer data. This is essential to effectively track sales performance, generate customer insights, and support strategic decision-making processes. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to devise and execute account plans, coordinate marketing activities, and introduce innovative products into the marketplace.

Given the nature of the role, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated and energetic, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage with key stakeholders effectively. The ability to work independently, while also demonstrating strong teamwork capabilities, is crucial for success. With at least three years of field sales experience, preferably within laboratory or process-based environments in the life sciences sector, the Field Account Manager will also bring technical knowledge and a proactive approach to adopting CRM tools like Salesforce.

Sartorius offers an attractive working environment enriched by personal and professional development opportunities, including mentoring, leadership programs, and a variety of internal seminars. Work-life balance is supported through paid vacation, sick leave, corporate holidays, and flexible scheduling options. The company also offers a comprehensive onboarding experience and fosters a welcoming culture characterized by team spirit and international collaboration.

In addition to health plans covering medical, dental, and vision care, Sartorius provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), various wellness initiatives, and competitive retirement savings plans with generous company matches. Employees benefit from advanced technology and smartworking environments, offering the latest tools and facilities to support intelligent working. Optional benefits include supplemental life insurance, legal services, long-term and short-term disability coverage, critical illness insurance, and student loan tuition refinance services.

Joining Sartorius means becoming part of a mission-driven company that is actively contributing to the fight against critical health challenges such as cancer and dementia. The Field Account Manager position is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career within a respected, supportive, and innovative global organization.
