FF&E Category Manager

This role is a critical position within the procurement division at IHG Hotels & Resorts, specifically handling the FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) procurement category strategy within the Americas region. The position primarily focuses on the U.S. market while providing strategic support for Canada and Latin America, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with broader business objectives. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing supplier contracts, negotiation processes, and supplier relationship management to optimize costs and ensure continuity of supply. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of analyzing market trends and spend data to identify opportunities for transformational improvements and cost savings. In addition, the position demands strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Brand and Design teams, ensuring that owner perspectives are integrated into procurement decisions.
