Festival Manager and Driver

This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts while ensuring that sales goals and guest satisfaction metrics are achieved. A key part of the role also includes supervising event staff and delegating tasks effectively, while maintaining high standards of guest service and compliance with health and safety standards throughout every event.

This leadership position involves hands-on involvement with cash handling, product performance reporting, and continuous improvement through detailed operational reviews. The successful candidate will leverage their previous retail or event management experience, particularly in fast-paced environments requiring exceptional customer service and inventory control. Their driving duties include the operation of a 15-foot roller gate truck to facilitate timely and efficient transport of materials and supplies to and from festival venues across Chicago.
