The Ferrari Silicon Valley dealership within indiGO Auto Group is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals motivated to work in a premium automotive environment with modern facilities and cutting-edge equipment. The Receptionist will be a key player in creating a welcoming and polished first impression for customers and visitors, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the dealership. Responsibilities include answering and directing incoming calls, greeting visitors warmly, maintaining showroom appearance, managing appointment bookings for the Atelier/Tailor-Made and Factory Tours, and supporting marketing and service initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Willingness to submit to drug test and criminal background check
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor consistently

Job Duties

  • Answer all incoming calls and direct phone calls to appropriate department or staff member
  • Clearly communicate caller and customer inquiries to the appropriate party
  • Welcome visitors to the showroom and warmly acknowledge and greet walk-ins
  • Maintain showroom appearance including customer lounge, configurator room, and reception area
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock or order as necessary
  • Replenish supplies in customer lounge, breakroom, and upstairs lounge
  • Distribute mail and create UPS labels
  • Book Atelier/Tailor-Made appointments
  • Book Factory Tours
  • Engage with service clients and orphan owner via phone and email including scheduling, data collection, event RSVP, and service follow-up
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and other assistance as needed
  • Scan Service RO’s
  • Send out marketing materials
  • Provide new car invoices
  • Assist in marketing activations
  • Perform all other duties assigned by management
