The Facility Operations Team Member at Life Time plays a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety standards of the club are consistently met. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of both indoor and outdoor areas of the club, adhering to Life Time's high standards of presentation. This role involves attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple cleaning and maintenance tasks, and the dedication to provide outstanding customer service. As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will be responsible for washing, folding, and stocking towels, ensuring locker rooms are pristine and properly supplied, and carefully managing consumable products within budgetary guidelines. Furthermore, you will be the frontline in responding to member inquiries, offering answers regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures to enhance the member experience. This hourly position offers competitive wages starting at $15.00 and pays up to $18.00 depending on experience and qualifications. Job Requirements

  • Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
  • ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
  • ability to adhere to safety guidelines
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • experience in facility maintenance or custodial work preferred
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
  • basic knowledge of cleaning products and chemicals
  • good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
  • washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly
  • ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
  • responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures
