We are currently seeking dedicated Spa Specialists to join our team at our Bal Harbour, Florida location. This full-time, non-management position is critical in supporting the seamless operation of our spa services, ensuring guests receive a unique and memorable experience. Spa Specialists play a versatile role that involves promoting spa services and retail products, scheduling and confirming appointments, responding to guest inquiries about services, assisting with guest registration, and processing payments. They embody the brand's commitment to quality and professional appearance while interacting positively with guests, making every transaction a pleasant part of the overall guest experience.

The role demands physical stamina and mobility, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods on various surfaces, as well as the ability to move, lift, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds individually and up to 25 pounds with assistance. Candidates must be able to reach above and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop appropriately to perform their duties effectively. Spa Specialists must adhere to company policies and maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism in their uniform, personal appearance, and communication.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate but no prior specialized work or supervisory experience is mandatory.
