Job Description
Jenco, Inc. is a reputable local company based in Eugene, Oregon, specializing in package delivery services as part of the FedEx network. With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, Jenco, Inc. has established itself as a trusted partner within the logistics and delivery sector, serving various residential and business customers throughout the region. The company values hard work, integrity, and safety, aiming to provide reliable and timely delivery solutions in a rapidly growing market. Being part of a local organization allows Jenco, Inc. to maintain a close-knit work environment with a supportive community-focused approach, making it an ideal workplace for individuals eager to embark on or advance their careers in delivery services.
We are currently hiring full-time and part-time FedEx delivery drivers to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to start a rewarding career immediately, with weekly earnings ranging from $780 to $900, depending on the route and shifts. No CDL license is required for this position, making it accessible to a wide range of drivers with relevant experience. We welcome applicants who have worked as local drivers, route drivers, truck drivers, couriers, pick-up drivers, or delivery drivers, especially those with experience at major courier and logistics companies such as UPS, Amazon, FedEx, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, or Lyft.
The primary responsibility of the FedEx delivery driver at Jenco, Inc. is to efficiently execute local residential and business deliveries while maintaining safety and professionalism. Drivers are expected to manage delivery routes that include up to 150 stops per day, providing an integral service that ensures packages arrive on time and in excellent condition. This role emphasizes independent work as well as teamwork, requiring excellent time management skills, physical stamina, and a positive, can-do attitude. Drivers must perform daily inspections of their vehicles, handle loading and organizing parcels, and operate delivery scanners to track packages accurately, reflecting the company’s commitment to integrity and operational excellence.
Candidates will undergo paid training to familiarize themselves with Jenco’s delivery and route procedures, standard equipment operations, customer service expectations, and driver safety protocols. This training ensures all team members are well-prepared to represent Jenco and FedEx professionally while delivering exceptional service.
Additionally, prospective employees should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and be physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds manually and up to 150 pounds using a hand truck. A clean driving record, reliable transportation to and from work, and the ability to pass a drug test and DOT physical are essential requirements for this role. The company also conducts FedEx Ground criminal background checks as part of the hiring process.
In summary, joining Jenco, Inc. as a FedEx delivery driver offers an immediate start, competitive weekly pay, comprehensive training, and an opportunity to be part of a respected local company dedicated to quality delivery service and employee growth.
