This role is for a Pizza Supervisor at one of Four Corners' vibrant restaurant locations. The Pizza Supervisor will work closely under the guidance of the Executive Chef and will be a key team player in delivering high-quality, flavorful dishes while maintaining efficient kitchen operations. This is a full-time position offering $25 to $27 per hour for 40 to 45 hours a week, providing an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals looking to expand their skills and progress within a well-established hospitality group.

As a Pizza Supervisor, the individual will be entrusted with managing culinary production, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of food that aligns with Four Corners' high standards. The role requires a creative and motivated individual who can help control food and labor costs, assist with menu development and pricing, and support the development of the culinary team. This position carries significant responsibility, including the potential to act as the kitchen head during the absence of the Executive Chef, allowing for leadership growth and hands-on management experience.

Job Duties

  • Manage successful culinary production operation under the Executive Chef
  • Serve as kitchen head in absence of Executive Chef
  • Stay up to date on dining trends and new culinary techniques
  • Ensure consistent preparation and quality of food products
  • Manage profit areas, stock, waste control, and staff training
  • Assist with onboarding of back-of-house employees
  • Maintain compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
  • Understand and manage food safety, risk prevention, fire prevention, hygiene, and emergency procedures
  • Work flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends as required
