Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in travel or event coordination
  • strong computer literacy including travel booking systems
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours depending on event schedules
  • customer-focused mindset
  • ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends
  • support virtual and hybrid event travel logistics
