Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in travel or event coordination
- strong computer literacy including travel booking systems
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours depending on event schedules

- ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Job Duties
- coordinate flights accommodations and ground transport for events
- ensure travel arrangements comply with company policies and budget
- collaborate with event managers planners and attendees to meet travel needs
- manage travel documentation and communicate itinerary changes
- provide exceptional customer service and resolve travel-related issues
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends
- support virtual and hybrid event travel logistics
