Job Duties
- Assist event attendees with booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation in line with event travel policies
- Ensure accurate ticketing and adherence to event deadlines and restrictions
- Track and manage booking status for all event attendees
- Liaise between attendees and meeting planners to gain approval for exceptions, special requests, or deviations
- Maintain clear, timely, and accurate internal documentation within meeting management systems
- Deliver professional, customer-focused communication with clients, delegates, and internal stakeholders
- Respond to enquiries within agreed timeframes and ensure satisfaction with resolutions
