Job Description
Opensity Solutions is a technology-enabled managed services organization specializing in supporting leading law firms and professional services organizations. The company is dedicated to modernizing operational workflows by blending talented people, innovative technology, and integrated services to create scalable and efficient environments. Opensity's comprehensive approach allows client teams to focus on delivering their best work while facilitating career growth and development within a supportive and forward-thinking workplace. With a strong commitment to equal opportunity and inclusive hiring practices, Opensity fosters a diverse and welcoming environment where all employees are valued and supported.
The FAST Service Specialist role at Opensity Solutions is a dynamic, client-facing position that offers a unique opportunity to provide a variety of administrative support services across multiple Opensity accounts within the local market. This full-time position, requiring a 40-hour workweek with varying shifts between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, is critical for maintaining the smooth operational flow of client offices through services such as receptionist duties, hospitality coordination, mail handling, copying and printing services, and facilities assistance. The pay for this role goes up to $22.00 per hour and may include eligibility for an annual bonus, with actual compensation depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
In this role, the FAST Service Specialist acts as the first point of contact for visitors and telephone inquiries, greeting and assisting in a friendly yet professional manner. The responsibilities also extend to managing client conference rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and sufficient stock of supplies, as well as handling mail delivery, sorting, and distribution. Copy and print projects are executed accurately as requested, contributing to the overall efficiency of the administrative functions.
Additionally, the FAST Service Specialist provides floor coordination, maintaining copy rooms and general supply inventories, and performs basic maintenance duties to support the operational needs of the workplace. Facilities services such as small office moves, hanging pictures, and liaising with clients to address building or equipment issues form an essential component of the responsibilities. The role demands significant physical activity including walking, bending, lifting packages up to 40 lbs or greater, and the ability to handle loads up to 75 lbs on wheeled carts, emphasizing the importance of stamina and flexibility.
Flexibility in scheduling is necessary to cover for absences and vacations, potentially requiring work at different times and locations. Opensity prides itself on its inclusive culture, compliance with equal opportunity laws, and commitment to supporting all employees, including those with disabilities and protected groups. The FAST Service Specialist position is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and prepared to contribute to a collaborative team environment in a professional service setting.
