Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year experience in a customer service field
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Capacity to resolve issues professionally and tactfully
- Ability to lift or move at least 40 lbs
- Capability to maneuver packages on wheeled carts with up to 75 lbs load
- Physical ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for long periods
- Flexibility to work variable shifts
Job Qualifications

- Strong multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent problem resolution skills with professionalism and tact
- Physical ability to lift or move 40 lbs or more
- Capable of handling packages on wheeled carts with up to 75 lbs capacity
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or sit for extended periods
- Willingness to work variable shifts as required
Job Duties
- Perform mail services including metering, sorting, and distributing mail and packages per schedule
- Produce copy, print, and scan projects accurately per written instructions
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls professionally
- Greet and announce visitors in a friendly manner
- Coordinate and maintain client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens ensuring cleanliness and supply stock
- Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
- Manage upkeep of copy rooms, stock general supplies, and perform basic daily maintenance
- Perform facilities services such as hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning coordination, and communication with client contacts regarding building and equipment concerns
- Adapt to flexible work schedules to cover absences, vacations, and potential location changes
