Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year experience in a customer service field
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Capacity to resolve issues professionally and tactfully
  • Ability to lift or move at least 40 lbs
  • Capability to maneuver packages on wheeled carts with up to 75 lbs load
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for long periods
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of work experience in a customer service role
  • Strong multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent problem resolution skills with professionalism and tact
  • Physical ability to lift or move 40 lbs or more
  • Capable of handling packages on wheeled carts with up to 75 lbs capacity
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or sit for extended periods
  • Willingness to work variable shifts as required

Job Duties

  • Perform mail services including metering, sorting, and distributing mail and packages per schedule
  • Produce copy, print, and scan projects accurately per written instructions
  • Answer and route incoming telephone calls professionally
  • Greet and announce visitors in a friendly manner
  • Coordinate and maintain client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens ensuring cleanliness and supply stock
  • Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed
  • Manage upkeep of copy rooms, stock general supplies, and perform basic daily maintenance
  • Perform facilities services such as hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning coordination, and communication with client contacts regarding building and equipment concerns
  • Adapt to flexible work schedules to cover absences, vacations, and potential location changes
