Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant/bar
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to professional and ethical guest service
Job Duties
- Preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items
- Assuming 100% responsibility for the quality of products made
- Efficient in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen standards
- Stocking and product management including waste control
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation
- Excelling in time management
- Following all food safety standards and procedures
