Job Requirements

- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and transactions
- Ability to follow established food safety and sanitation procedures
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards essential for maintaining a safe environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment regularly
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
