The position also involves upselling menu items which requires a combination of product knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills to maximize sales while ensuring customers feel valued. In addition to food preparation and order processing, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within the dining and kitchen areas is an essential part of your responsibilities to promote a safe and hygienic environment.
