Flynn Wendy's was established in 2021 and has quickly emerged as a significant force within the Flynn Group. The company owns and operates over 190 Wendy's restaurants spanning multiple states including the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia. With a workforce of over 6,000 dedicated employees, Flynn Wendy's is recognized as the 5th largest Wendy's franchise in the entire Wendy's system. The success and growth of Flynn Wendy's can be attributed to the unwavering commitment and hard work of each member of its team. The company is deeply committed to cultivating an inclusive and supportive work culture where the ideas, contributions, and unique perspectives of every team member are appreciated and celebrated.

Flynn Wendy's is part of the broader Flynn Group, a premier restaurant and fitness brand operator founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn. Over the years, the Flynn Group has expanded to become the largest franchise operator worldwide. The diverse brand portfolio managed by Flynn includes notable and iconic names such as Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness. The primary mission of the Flynn Group is to be the leading operator within each of its cherished brands, a mission pursued through adherence to core values: care genuinely for people, play like a champion, and win as one.

The role offered is that of a Crew Member at Flynn Wendy's, where quality is the founding recipe. The company not only focuses on delivering great-tasting food made from fresh ingredients but also prioritizes delivering exemplary customer service that fosters repeat patronage. Crew Members are expected to embody a people-first mentality and maintain a positive attitude that enhances the customer experience. More than just a job, Flynn Wendy's promises to set its Crew Members up for ongoing success by helping them develop valuable skills that contribute to their personal and professional growth.

At Flynn Wendy's, being a Crew Member means being part of a fun and supportive family that values every individual and provides a strong sense of belonging and pride. The company believes in rewarding its team members well, offering a phenomenal referral bonus program, same-day pay, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for professional growth, development, and advancement within the organization. Additional benefits include free meals, eligibility for retirement plans, and comprehensive group medical, dental, and vision insurance. Optional insurance programs covering health savings accounts, disability, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, legal, and voluntary life insurance are also available. Tuition reimbursement and an employee assistance program named Flynn Family Fund further demonstrate Flynn Wendy’s commitment to its employees.

Flynn Group is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce. It also provides reasonable accommodations and adjustments for individuals with disabilities throughout the application process to ensure equitable opportunities for all candidates.
