Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or college degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience in food and beverage operations in a high-traffic, upscale environment
  • Proficiency in luxury service delivery and cost management
  • Ability to supervise labor effectively
  • Knowledge of menu creation, maintenance, merchandising, and financial accounting
  • Availability for full-time employment with flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Minimum of two years of pertinent experience in food and beverage operations within a high-traffic, upscale environment

Job Duties

  • Cherry-pick, educate, evaluate, supervise, motivate, instruct, and discipline all employees to maintain compliance with cultural norms and essential service standards
  • Showcase visibility in operations, acknowledge achievements, foster a positive public image, and address guest, client, and group inquiries or specific requests
  • Assess the quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, along with expert knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly arranged setting devoted to providing a discerning and memorable dining experience for breakfast, lunch, or dinner
  • Manage labor and operational expenses by utilizing effective scheduling, financial planning, procurement decisions, and maintaining oversight of inventory and cash control
