Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, college degree, or equivalent experience
  • minimum two years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations in an upscale, high-traffic environment
  • proven proficiency in upscale service delivery and cost management
  • experience in supervising labor and managing operational expenses
  • knowledge of menu development and financial accounting
  • ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, college degree, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of pertinent experience in food and beverage operations within a high-traffic, upscale environment
  • Proficiency in luxury service delivery
  • experience in cost management in food and beverage operations

  • Skills in menu creation, maintenance oversight, merchandising strategies, and financial accounting practices
