Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
- Food Safety Certification
- 12 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operating systems
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work non-traditional hours and adapt to varying schedules
- Maintain high energy levels suitable for a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Elevate sales and profits by prioritizing guest satisfaction and managing daily restaurant operations
- Report any issues or provide recommendations regarding the restaurant, staff, or guests to the General Manager
- Assist in interviewing and hiring suitable team members
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures during shifts through team member supervision
- Train and guide staff on operational procedures, corporate policies, and guest service standards
- Identify and resolve complaints and policy violations, providing continuous feedback and coaching to team members
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment for employees and guests
