The role of a Fast Food Supervisor at Checkers & Rally's is a key leadership position on the Corporate Field Operations team, reporting closely to the General Manager. The Supervisor acts as an essential support to the manager by assisting in the execution of the restaurant’s strategic plan to achieve its sales and profit goals. This role places a strong emphasis on operational excellence, ensuring that daily restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently while also focusing on elevating guest satisfaction. The Fast Food Supervisor supervises and coaches team members to maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and guest service standards. This includes training new hires, guiding staff on operational expectations, and actively participating in the hiring process.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Food safety certification
  • 12 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service restaurants (QSR)
  • Basic math skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with operating systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours
  • Ability to adapt to varying schedules

Job Duties

  • Elevate sales and profits by prioritizing guest satisfaction and managing daily restaurant operations
  • Report any issues or provide recommendations regarding the restaurant, staff, or guests to the general manager
  • Assist in interviewing and hiring suitable team members
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures during shifts through team member supervision
  • Train and guide staff on operational procedures, corporate policies, and guest service standards
  • Identify and resolve complaints and policy violations, providing continuous feedback and coaching to team members
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment for employees and guests
