Job Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Completion of training programs required
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate team
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to multitask and remain positive under pressure
Job Duties
- Interact with crew members and customers using Tropitude
- Deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer
- Maintain proficiency in all cafe positions
- Complete Cafe Basics Training and Certified Trainer Program
- Ensure stations operate to brand standards
- Train and coach crew members to uphold brand standards
- Manage labor and control inventory
- Perform additional tasks to run the cafe efficiently
