The position of Crew Leader at Tropical Smoothie Cafe is essential to maintaining and enhancing the customer experience and operational excellence in the cafe. The Crew Leader will have completed the Cafe Basics Training Program and Certified Trainer Program, making them proficient in various positions within the cafe. As a Crew Leader, you'll utilize effective tools to manage labor, control inventory, and maintain smooth cafe operations.
