Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven experience in fast food restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to meet sales and profit targets
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management within a fast food setting
  • Strong abilities in coaching, training, customer service, organization, and planning
  • Ability to meet sales and profit targets
  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations, along with 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Or a suitable combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and manage staff effectively
  • Ensure high quality food products are served in a clean and safe environment
  • Maintain financial controls and day-to-day budgeting
  • Develop and manage staff schedules
  • Participate in hiring, training, and staff performance evaluations
  • Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management
  • Foster a fun and family-oriented atmosphere in the restaurant
