The Phoenix Organization is a reputable and dynamic chain operating several popular fast food brands including Denny's, Taco Bell, and Burger King. We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Managers for our restaurants, including positions such as shift managers, assistant managers, and general managers. These full-time roles focus on overseeing daily restaurant operations while fostering a positive and energetic work environment. Our managers play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of food quality, sanitation, and customer service excellence, all within a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.

Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • Two years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and team development
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous successful experience in fast food restaurant management is highly preferred
  • Proven skills in coaching, training, customer service, organization, and planning
  • Track record of achieving sales and profit goals
  • A college degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • Two years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Combination of education and experience acceptable

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations and manage staff effectively
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality products in a clean, professional, and safe environment
  • Maintain financial controls and monitor day-to-day operations
  • Create and manage employee schedules
  • Conduct interviews, hire, train, and provide performance feedback to staff
  • Enforce proper food handling and equipment maintenance standards
  • Foster a fun and family-friendly atmosphere within the restaurant
