Job Requirements

  • minimum of one year of experience in the restaurant industry
  • high school diploma or GED
  • willing to work flexible hours
  • able to travel to various Wendy's locations
  • able to stand and be active for most of the shift
  • able to lift weights between 25-50 lbs occasionally
  • able to adapt to various weather conditions
  • able to use headset and kitchen equipment following brand guidelines

  • minimum of one year of experience in the restaurant industry

  • experience leading and organizing a team
