Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years' restaurant operations experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Experience with employee coaching and performance management
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of three years' experience in restaurant operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation

Job Duties
- Demonstrates CKE's core values while selecting, training, retaining, and recognizing top talent
- Identifies and develops a pipeline of talent through succession planning
- Executes company's performance management process to set up employees for success
- Reinforces and follows the open door policy with employees
- Actively monitors and trains employees on job duties including customer service, food preparation, cleaning, and stocking
- Ensures proper supervision of the restaurant and ongoing examination of station and customer activities
- Travels between company locations to support operations and transport product and supplies
- Partners with Human Resources to resolve employee relations and maintain compliance
- Works flexible schedule covering all day parts
- Drives customer-focused culture and resolves customer issues
- Coaches and holds team accountable to operational procedures
- Ensures food safety standards and training compliance
- Implements restaurant level plans and marketing initiatives
- Analyzes sales, labor, and inventory to meet margin and growth targets
- Conducts business reviews with management team
- Shares best practices within the district
- Communicates effectively with all internal and external contacts
- Supervises and performs duties to maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the restaurant
