Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years' restaurant operations experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Experience with employee coaching and performance management

- Travels between company locations to support operations and transport product and supplies
- Partners with Human Resources to resolve employee relations and maintain compliance
- Works flexible schedule covering all day parts
- Drives customer-focused culture and resolves customer issues
- Coaches and holds team accountable to operational procedures
- Ensures food safety standards and training compliance
- Implements restaurant level plans and marketing initiatives
