Currently, the Patina Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager for its newest quick service concept, Hencraft, located in Buffalo, New York. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-energy quick service restaurant environment where the successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations and engagements with a strong presence in both front and back of house. The Restaurant Manager will play a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination across service teams, maintaining high standards of speed, accuracy, and quality from order to delivery.

The position demands an engaging leader who is visible on the floor and actively interacts with guests while driving superior service standards. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading peak service periods and supporting team members in a variety of capacities including coaching, order expediting, and resolving real-time guest concerns. This role is designed for a motivated hospitality professional passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building and developing effective teams, and creating a positive, energetic environment conducive to repeat business from both guests and staff.

The anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $62,354 annually, with additional opportunities for earnings through an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or an uncapped sales incentive plan. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager Assistant Manager or similar role preferably in a high-volume establishment with experience managing budgets cost control inventory and an understanding of p&l's
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Safety Handler and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards health regulations and safety procedures
  • Financial acumen and proficient computer skills including Word Outlook Excel and point of sale systems

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily quick service restaurant operations ensuring efficient fast-paced service and seamless coordination across all front- and back-of-house functions
  • Train motivate and develop team members to maintain high performance and professionalism
  • Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks including ordering inventory scheduling and operational reporting
  • Continuously monitor the point of sale system checking for errors price variations and accuracy
  • Monitor and enforce health safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
