Job Description

The General Manager position is a dynamic leadership role critical to the success and reputation of one of the company’s locations. This role involves managing a fully staffed restaurant operation where the General Manager acts as the driving force behind team performance and guest satisfaction. A General Manager here is not only responsible for the overall operations but also for hiring, training, and motivating a diverse team of 15 to 30 employees, including managers, to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. You will be expected to lead by example, working with your team to create a positive workplace culture that emphasizes respect, accountability, and collaboration.

Operationally, the General Manager oversees day-to-day activities, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and ensuring that food safety and compliance standards are maintained at all times. You will be managing key performance indicators such as speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and profitably. This role requires flexibility, as the General Manager must be available nights, weekends, and holidays, rotating shifts weekly to maintain a strong connection with the team and to understand the business intricately.
