Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Follow proper food safety procedures, including food handling protocols and sanitation practices to uphold health standards
