The position focuses on becoming an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand, ensuring every interaction with guests is handled professionally and enthusiastically. Employees are expected to greet fans warmly, exceed their expectations through timely and quality service, and prepare food products swiftly and accurately following stringent restaurant, health, and safety standards. This includes operating and maintaining restaurant equipment such as grills, fryers, freezers, soft serve machines, Blizzard machines, and mixers. Additionally, the role requires completing preparation tasks like stocking and setting up the grill area or chill area, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a safe and inviting environment for both fans and team members.
