The Fast Food Cook role at Four Seasons plays a vital part in maintaining the brand's renowned culinary excellence by ensuring efficient, timely, and high-quality food preparation in a fast-paced kitchen setting. This role demands a strong proficiency in managing kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction through consistent and impeccable food service. As part of a collaborative team, the Fast Food Cook operates various kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, broilers, stoves, steamers, and ovens, alongside managing inventory and food storage protocols. They also contribute to cost control initiatives, waste management, and uphold compliance with health and safety regulations.
The position offers the opportunity to lead by example, train new staff members, and rotate through different kitchen stations with mastery in at least two. The Fast Food Cook actively participates in menu innovation by creating daily specials and working closely with front-of-house teams to communicate specials and ingredient information clearly. This role requires flexibility in work shifts and a strong commitment to teamwork and organization to ensure the smooth operation of kitchen duties. Job Requirements
- graduation from high school or equivalent
- minimum two years experience in culinary industry
- valid tuberculosis (tb) clearance card as required by state health regulations
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- ability to work any required shifts
- willingness to adhere to company policies and safety protocols

Job Duties
- manage food production efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in kitchen operations
- operate and sanitize kitchen devices such as deep fryers, broilers, stoves, steamers, ovens and mixers
- label and rotate food containers according to food safety guidelines
- monitor inventory levels and restock food items appropriately
- lead and assign duties to other cooks to enhance teamwork and efficiency
- create daily specials, calculate costs, and assist in presentation and meal preparation
