- No prior experience necessary
- Food handlers certificate required before first day on job
- For front of house positions, TABC certificate required before first day on job
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for order handling and transactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Provide efficient and friendly service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Coordinate with kitchen staff as an expo to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
- Deliver food orders to tables quickly and accurately as a runner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service
- Adhere to food safety and alcohol service regulations
