Job Description

The Bread Club is the newest venture by Feels Like Home, a Dallas-based hospitality group known for its exceptional standards and passion for culinary excellence. Following the success of Mamani, which earned a Michelin Star in under two months of operation, The Bread Club carries forward this legacy by bringing a fresh yet authentic concept to the neighborhood bakery scene. Situated in Dallas, this establishment masterfully combines traditional European baking techniques with locally sourced Texas grains to produce artisanal breads that are both wholesome and flavorful. The Bread Club is more than just a bakery; it is a community hub that celebrates the simple joys of sharing quality food in a warm, inviting environment.

At its core, The Bread Club is built on a philosophy that good bread is an essential part of daily life. The bakery prides itself on daily fresh-baking practices that blend French and Italian methods with modern sustainability and regional agricultural respect. The menu extends beyond bread to feature exquisite pastries, carefully crafted sandwiches, and a specialized coffee and matcha program that elevates the overall bakery experience. This approach not only underscores quality but also highlights a commitment to support local farmers and grain millers by incorporating fresh milled Texas grains into every product crafted.

The leadership at The Bread Club includes notable figures such as Peter Edris, the Baking Director with experience at Frenchette Bakery in NYC, and Christophe De Lellis, the Culinary Director who has earned a Michelin Star. Their combined expertise ensures that every item created at The Bread Club meets high standards of flavor, texture, and presentation. The collaborative environment fosters innovation and continuous learning, supporting the team to grow both personally and professionally.

The Bread Club is currently looking for dedicated, warm, and talented Team Members to join their Front of House staff. This role is full-time and demands a commitment to enthusiasm, diligence, and great interpersonal skills. Team Members are vital since they represent the brand, creating memorable experiences for every guest. They work closely with leadership to uphold service standards, encourage collaboration among peers, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued. The ideal candidate is someone who can support all front-of-house stations efficiently and gracefully, demonstrating kindness and professionalism throughout their shift.

Working at The Bread Club offers more than a job; it is a chance to be part of a close-knit family that values honesty, humility, and hard work. The bakery prides itself on creating a positive work culture where employees are motivated, respected, and given opportunities to thrive. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant, evolving environment. Joining The Bread Club means joining a team dedicated to the craft of baking and the art of hospitality, welcoming guests like neighbors and friends.
