The Bread Club is the latest establishment by Feels Like Home, a respected hospitality group based in Dallas known for excellence in dining experiences. The group previously made headlines with the opening of Mamani, a restaurant that earned a Michelin Star within just two months of operation. Building on this success, The Bread Club represents a new venture focused on quality, tradition, and community spirit.
The Bread Club is a neighborhood bakery that places great emphasis on artisanal bread making, fostering a warm environment centered on good company and the joy of food sharing. Daily, fresh baking is performed on-site, combining time-honored European baking methods with the finest Texas-grown grains to produce breads that are balanced in flavor, natural in ingredients, and suited for everyday enjoyment. This bakery is more than just a place to get bread; it is a return to the traditions and quality that good bread deserves in everyday life.
Our bakery team is led by Baking Director Peter Edris, who brings experience from Frenchette Bakery in New York City, along with Culinary Director Christophe De Lellis, a Michelin Star recipient. Together, they oversee a menu that features artisan breads, pastries, and sandwiches all made on premises. The Bread Club also highlights an exceptional coffee and matcha program designed to complement the bakery's offerings. Combining French and Italian baking techniques with locally sourced ingredients and regionally milled grains, The Bread Club presents an innovative yet respectful approach to traditional baking.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic food safety knowledge
- ability to speak and understand English
