The Flower Child fast casual server role is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about providing great hospitality in a fast-paced dining environment. This position involves joining a dynamic team as part of the opening staff at the new restaurant location in Regency Mall, which is set to launch this summer. This role is hourly, with compensation starting at $5.00 per hour plus tips, offering a significant potential to earn through excellent service and guest interactions. As a fast casual server at Flower Child, you will be on the front lines of delivering a memorable dining experience to guests by providing exceptional service, clear communication, and genuine care. This role requires an individual who can work collaboratively with team members, maintain a positive demeanor, and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a busy setting. You will be expected to learn the menu thoroughly and confidently make thoughtful recommendations that enhance the customer's dining experience. Tasks include delivering food, clearing and cleaning tables, packaging to-go orders, and handling customer requests seamlessly. The position demands the ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to an ever-changing environment, including availability to work weekends and holidays as well as filling in as needed to support smooth restaurant operations.
