Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of management experience in fast casual dining
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety standards
- capability to read and interpret financial documents such as P&L statements
- flexibility to work varied shifts
- leadership and team management skills
Job Qualifications
- minimum 2 years experience in shift manager or assistant restaurant manager roles
- experience in fast casual restaurants such as Chick-fil-a, Chipotle or Panera Bread
- excellent people and guest service skills
- proficiency in kitchen operations
- ability to manage front and back of house operations
- strong leadership and coaching abilities
- knowledge of P&L statements
- commitment to quality and operational standards
- ability to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment
Job Duties
- assist the Operating Director in providing direction and training
- ensure guests' expectations are exceeded
- treat team members fairly and with respect
- manage front and heart of house operations
- focus relentlessly on quality and standards
- handle product ordering and receiving
- schedule and run efficient team shifts
- interpret and positively impact P&L statements
- operate business according to PDQ standards
