Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of management experience in fast casual dining
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • capability to read and interpret financial documents such as P&L statements
  • flexibility to work varied shifts
  • leadership and team management skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2 years experience in shift manager or assistant restaurant manager roles
  • experience in fast casual restaurants such as Chick-fil-a, Chipotle or Panera Bread
  • excellent people and guest service skills
  • proficiency in kitchen operations
  • ability to manage front and back of house operations
  • strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • knowledge of P&L statements
  • commitment to quality and operational standards
  • ability to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment

Job Duties

  • assist the Operating Director in providing direction and training
  • ensure guests' expectations are exceeded
  • treat team members fairly and with respect
  • manage front and heart of house operations
  • focus relentlessly on quality and standards
  • handle product ordering and receiving
  • schedule and run efficient team shifts
  • interpret and positively impact P&L statements
  • operate business according to PDQ standards
  • cultivate a safe and harassment-free culture
  • coach and reward team members
