PDQ is now hiring Fast Casual Restaurant Managers to join our vibrant team. As a Restaurant Manager at PDQ, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the restaurant by assisting the Operating Director and managing both the front and heart of the house operations. This role is dynamic and involves a balance of operational oversight, team leadership, and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent interpersonal skills, and possesses a passion for ensuring quality in both food and service.

The Restaurant Manager at PDQ takes full ownership of ensuring the team delivers outstanding guest experiences by exceeding expectations consistently. This involves training, coaching, and leading Team Members with fairness and respect. You will oversee product ordering, receiving functions, scheduling, and ensuring efficient shift operations. Understanding and positively impacting P&L statements is a crucial element of this role, requiring a good grasp of financial operations to drive profitability while upholding PDQ’s strict standards of quality and service.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of management experience in fast casual dining
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • capability to read and interpret financial documents such as P&L statements
  • flexibility to work varied shifts
  • leadership and team management skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2 years experience in shift manager or assistant restaurant manager roles
