The Fast Casual Restaurant Manager position at PDQ plays a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards the brand is known for. Reporting directly to the Operating Director, the manager is responsible for leading both the front-of-house and heart-of-the-house operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent guest service capabilities, and a deep understanding of kitchen operations. The manager ensures that each shift runs efficiently, orders and receives products accurately, and maintains relentless focus on quality to exceed guest expectations consistently.

The Restaurant Manager also has a critical role in team development by coaching, teaching, and recognizing team members' efforts and achievements. They are tasked with creating a diverse, secure, and positive culture that supports team members' well-being and growth. Additionally, they must be proficient in financial management, capable of reading, interpreting, and positively influencing profit and loss (P&L) statements to enhance business performance.
