Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of restaurant management experience
- Experience with fast casual restaurant operations
- Ability to manage front and back of house teams
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Understanding of P&L and business operations
- Commitment to maintaining company quality standards
- Capable of creating a respectful and inclusive work environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a shift manager or assistant restaurant manager
- Strong guest service skills
- Proficiency in kitchen operations
- Leadership abilities for managing teams
- Ability to interpret financial statements
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and team development
Job Duties
- Assist the Operating Director in providing direction and training
- Ensure guests' expectations are exceeded
- Manage both front and heart of the house operations
- Focus on quality to meet or exceed standards
- Responsible for product ordering and receiving
- Schedule and run efficient shifts of team members
- Read, interpret, and impact P&L statements
- Operate the business according to PDQ standards
- Cultivate a diverse and harassment-free culture
- Coach and reward team members' performance and effort
