Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management roles such as shift manager or assistant manager
  • Previous work experience in fast casual or casual dining restaurants
  • Ability to manage diverse teams and create a safe, harassment-free environment
  • Competency in operational and financial aspects of restaurant management
  • Strong commitment to quality standards
  • Effective scheduling and team leadership skills
  • Willingness to uphold PDQ operational standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a shift manager or assistant restaurant manager for 2 or more years
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Proficiency in kitchen operations and front of house management
  • Strong guest service orientation
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements
  • Familiarity with fast casual restaurant environments such as Chick-fil-A, Chipotle or Panera Bread
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills

Job Duties

  • Assist Operating Director in providing direction and training
  • Ensure guest expectations are exceeded
  • Manage front and back of house operations
  • Focus on quality and meet or exceed standards
  • Oversee product ordering and receiving
  • Schedule and run efficient team shifts
  • Interpret and positively impact P&L statements
