Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management roles such as shift manager or assistant manager
- Previous work experience in fast casual or casual dining restaurants
- Ability to manage diverse teams and create a safe, harassment-free environment
- Competency in operational and financial aspects of restaurant management
- Strong commitment to quality standards
- Effective scheduling and team leadership skills
- Willingness to uphold PDQ operational standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a shift manager or assistant restaurant manager for 2 or more years
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency in kitchen operations and front of house management
- Strong guest service orientation
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements
- Familiarity with fast casual restaurant environments such as Chick-fil-A, Chipotle or Panera Bread
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
Job Duties
- Assist Operating Director in providing direction and training
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded
- Manage front and back of house operations
- Focus on quality and meet or exceed standards
- Oversee product ordering and receiving
- Schedule and run efficient team shifts
- Interpret and positively impact P&L statements
