Job Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in restaurant leadership as Assistant Manager or above
Experience in casual or upscale casual operations
Ability to work all meal periods
Strong strategic planning skills
Detail-oriented mindset
Ability to respond independently to problems
Effective team leadership skills

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years in a leadership role as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager
Ability to work all meal periods including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Strong commitment to strategic planning
Exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
Independent problem-solving skills
