Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant leadership as Assistant Manager or above
- Experience in casual or upscale casual operations
- Ability to work all meal periods
- Strong strategic planning skills
- Detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to respond independently to problems
- Effective team leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years in a leadership role as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Ability to work all meal periods including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Strong commitment to strategic planning
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Independent problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Mentor, motivate, and develop your team
- Oversee and drive the restaurant's daily workflow
- Ensure quality of service for all guests
- Work in a budget ecosystem to manage inventory and labor costs
- Respond independently to operational problems
- Implement strategic plans to improve service and efficiency
- Coordinate all meal period operations including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
