We are currently seeking a dynamic, passionate, and motivated Restaurant General Manager to join us and play a key role in our expanding success story. This position calls for an experienced leader with at least two years of prior management experience in the restaurant industry, ideally having served as an Assistant Manager or higher in a casual or upscale casual setting. The successful candidate will embody a strong drive for delivering an outstanding guest experience through a combination of strategic leadership, effective team development, and operational excellence.
The role of Restaurant General Manager involves mentoring, motivating, and developing your team to ensure they perform at their highest potential. You will oversee and manage the daily workflow of the restaurant, ensuring that quality service standards are consistently met or exceeded for all guests. Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant leadership as Assistant Manager or above
- Experience in casual or upscale casual operations
