Gather & Deliver is a dynamic farm-to-door grocery delivery service dedicated to connecting communities with fresh, locally sourced organic produce and farm products. Established with a passion for supporting local agriculture and promoting healthy eating, our mission is to make high-quality, regenerative, and beyond-organic food accessible to everyone by delivering it directly to consumers' doors or designated pickup points. Job Requirements
- Must have delivery driving experience
- ability to adapt as the company grows and changes
- experience keeping perishable items fresh
- weekend and early morning availability
- start shifts at the distribution center near Cedar Park TX
- may need to return to the distribution center after shift to return company-owned equipment
- SUV, compact SUV, hatchback, or crossover vehicles preferred
- interior must be large enough to accommodate several catering style bags
- valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- must own a reliable, insured vehicle with working AC
- ability to safely lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds
- strong time management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- familiarity with the Greater Austin area and comfortable using GPS/navigation apps

Job Duties
- Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers’ homes and pickup locations within the designated delivery area
- provide excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor during deliveries
- ensure that all products are delivered in a timely manner and in good condition, including frozen meat, fresh dairy, and fresh produce
- communicate effectively with the Gather & Deliver team regarding delivery progress, issues, or delays
- accurately follow delivery instructions and routes provided by Gather & Deliver
- follow designated routes for deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and company policies
- perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation
- maintain accurate delivery records and submit reports as necessary
