The Farm Assistant role at Atlantic Fields is an exciting opportunity within the Club Operations Department. Reporting directly to the Farm Manager, this position is crucial in managing the daily operations of a 10-acre farm that supports production, aesthetics, and member engagement. The role demands a blend of physical, hands-on farming duties alongside administrative tasks and interpersonal communication. The Farm Assistant will handle the cultivation and care of plants, vegetables, fruits, flowers, and farm animals such as bees, chickens, and ruminants, ensuring their health and productivity. The position also involves greenhouse management, propagation, transplanting, harvesting, washing, and packing produce. Maintaining cleanliness, equipment operation, and safety protocols are also key responsibilities.

In addition to farming tasks, the Farm Assistant plays an integral role in enhancing the member experience by facilitating farm tours, educational events, outdoor dining experiences, and other activities designed to foster awareness and enjoyment of sustainable farming practices. Collaboration with culinary and wellness teams ensures a seamless integration of farm products and programming.
