Job Requirements

  • Ability to read, understand, analyze, and interpret general training manuals and technical procedures
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various audiences
  • Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions and manage multiple variables
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in host, busser, food runner, and barback duties
  • State food handler certification
  • Responsible beverage service (RBS) state certification
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Excellent customer service attitude and abilities
  • Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player
  • Self-motivated and willing to acquire new skills
  • Strong multitasking and adaptability
  • Well organized, detail oriented, and high cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Experience in food service industry preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in host, busser, food runner, and barback duties
  • State food handler certification
  • Responsible beverage service (RBS) state certification

Job Duties

  • Maintain a proactive, team-first mindset: 'How can I help?'
  • Provide coverage for 10-minute breaks and 30-minute meal periods
  • Ensure all service areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Anticipate operational needs and respond quickly to service demands
  • Support both à la carte dining and private events as needed
  • Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Active participation in events, programs, meetings, and training
