Job Description
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a globally renowned luxury hospitality company committed to delivering unmatched guest experiences through exceptional service and genuine connections. Established as a leader in the luxury hotel and resort industry, Four Seasons operates over 100 properties worldwide, including luxury hotels, private residences, championship golf amenities, and lifestyle offerings. The company is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service excellence while fostering a people-first culture that emphasizes diversity, inclusion, community engagement, and meaningful employee involvement. Its expansive global network enables it to integrate historical charm with modern sophistication, offering distinguished destinations that consistently exceed guest expectations and set industry benchmarks for high-end luxury experiences.
The Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor role at Four Seasons epitomizes the organization’s commitment to luxury hospitality and operational excellence. This full-time role offers an annual salary of $75,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k) plans with company-matched contributions, complimentary dining, uniform laundry services, seasonal living benefits, and training opportunities. Additionally, the position comes with perks such as merchant passes, eco pass alternatives for winter, discounted travel across Four Seasons destinations, and cross-property learning initiatives that support career growth and operational diversity.
As an F&B Supervisor, you will play an integral role in supporting and elevating daily operations within a full-service dining environment. Your leadership will ensure exceptional guest service aligned with Four Seasons’ luxury standards, driving guest satisfaction and operational performance to new heights. You will monitor floor operations especially during peak service periods, directly overseeing the service team to guarantee a consistently high-quality dining experience. The role involves facilitating daily pre-shift meetings, providing personalized coaching to team members, and conducting performance evaluations—all vital components in fostering team success and strengthening employee engagement.
Additionally, you will handle various logistical responsibilities such as inventory control, equipment maintenance, payroll processing, and scheduling. Close collaboration with the F&B Manager and culinary leadership will enable you to refine service standards and optimize restaurant efficiency. You will also support onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing service team members, ensuring skill development and maintaining service excellence.
Proficiency in technology systems such as Open Table and MICROS for reservations, sales tracking, and performance evaluations is essential in this role. You will also be encouraged to contribute innovative ideas and solutions aimed at enhancing the overall guest experience and reinforcing a motivated, effective team dynamic.
This role requires a minimum of one year of supervisory or assistant management experience in Food & Beverage, ideally within hotel or fine dining settings, coupled with expertise in industry-standard POS and reservation systems. Strong leadership skills grounded in professionalism, hospitality, and integrity are crucial. Effective problem-solving abilities to manage guest conflicts and build strong, collaborative relationships with diverse colleagues are highly valued. Fluency in English and valid work authorization in the U.S. are mandatory.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience in luxury dining service operations or supervisory roles in hospitality, with a demonstrated ability to elevate service standards and foster positive team cultures. Joining Four Seasons as an F&B Supervisor offers a rare opportunity to be part of a world-class brand that not only values excellence in guest service but also deeply invests in the professional and personal growth of its people.
