Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year in a supervisory or assistant management role in food and beverage
- experience in hotel or fine dining environments preferred
- proficiency with MICROS or comparable POS systems and reservation tools such as Open Table
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- demonstrated leadership grounded in professionalism, hospitality, and integrity
- strong ability to build productive working relationships with diverse colleagues
- effective problem-solving skills and ability to manage guest conflicts efficiently
- fluency in English
- valid authorization to work in the U.S.

- support onboarding, training, and development programs for service team members
- utilize Open Table and MICROS systems for reservations, sales tracking, and performance evaluation
- contribute to integration of innovative solutions to enhance guest experience and team engagement
